Responsibilities & Context:
· Achieve Company’s corporate and export sales target.
· Be part of the Strategic team for SCCBD with a long term vision with Data Driven Market Intelligence
· Supervise a Team consisting of 2~3 Key Account Managers and their executives
· Ensure Team Cohesion and Drive Results through Coaching, Mentoring, Field visit
· Achieve Monthly Collection Targets based on Standard DSO and other Parameters set by the company.
· Build strong footprint of INSEE, as a brand, in the Engineering Community as well as in Commercial, Industrial and real estate Segment.
Keeping team performance as per company policy, values expectations and ensure clarity and alignment.
