Experience:
· Lead overall business operations and achieve sales target within the assigned region.
· Prepare and execute sales and volume plans in line with company targets.
· Manage account receivables, ensure timely collections, and control credit exposure as per company policy.
· Maintain expected contribution and profitability from the regional business.
· Identify market challenges, competitor activities, and business risks, and take timely actions to improve performance.
· Convert management direction into clear action plans for field execution.
· Train, coach, and guide the sales team to improve skills, discipline, and performance.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
· Search for and Onboard new customers.
· Execute individual marketing program or business model by customers or segmentations to be aligned with strategy based on limited resources and budget
· Maximize profit margin by selling more values, not products itself
· Maintain/improve SOW (%) and steady flow of collection against past dues, maintain credit limit during intense competition.
· Arrangement of logistics for timely dispatch of cement.
