• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Cement Industry, Tiles/Ceramic, Steel

• Execute end-to-end preventive and corrective electrical maintenance for all assigned operational zones, including Mill, Packing, Hydraulic Crane, Reception, and Delivery areas.

• Lead troubleshooting activities to swiftly resolve equipment failures and restore operational efficiency.

• Monitor equipment performance trends and proactively escalate any anomalies requiring major intervention or shutdown planning.

• Ensure all maintenance tasks are delivered in alignment with SOPs, compliance frameworks, and site safety requirements.

• Maintain real-time documentation of maintenance schedules, job completion logs, spare-part usage, and equipment performance.

• Coordinate with production, mechanical maintenance, and safety teams to support synchronized maintenance operations.

• Champion housekeeping discipline within all maintenance-controlled zones to uphold plant hygiene and safe-work environments.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize reliability, energy usage, and equipment lifecycle management.
