• Lead and manage all manufacturing operations to achieve daily, monthly and annual production targets.

• Ensure optimal utilization of machinery, manpower, materials and factory resources.

• Drive operational efficiency across production lines for MEP Accessories, MEP cables, MEP Fan, MEP Polymer, MEP Printing & Packaging and lighting products.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational waste.

• Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and plant productivity.

• Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments.

• Ensure effective preventive and predictive maintenance systems to minimize equipment downtime.

• Oversee installation, commissioning and performance optimization of new machinery and production lines.

• Monitor manufacturing costs and drive cost reduction initiatives.

• Optimize factory productivity while controlling material wastage and operational losses.

• Ensure efficient utilization of utilities and operational resources.

• Ensure full compliance with workplace safety standards, labor regulations and environmental requirements.

• Lead a strong safety culture to maintain a safe and accident-free workplace.

• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, HR, and Finance to ensure smooth production planning and execution.

• Support new product introduction and manufacturing capability development.

• Lead and develop department heads and supervisors to build a high-performance operations team.

• Strengthen industrial relations and employee engagement.

• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.

• Prepare and present factory performance reports to senior management.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department and give proposals to improve the lower KPIs team and coordinate with HR.
