Responsibilities & Context: Responsibility: Regular and planned market visits to expand existing businesses and create new clients. Regularly monitor sales targets and progress towards achievement. To maintain long-term and good relationships with customers by providing them with accurate information, support and guidance according to their needs. Implement the determined sales plan to achieve the company`s short-term and long-term sales targets. Presenting the quality, features, usage methods, and competitive advantages of the company`s products to current and potential customers. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and submit them to the supervisor within the specified time. Gather information about market conditions, customer feedback, and competitor activities and inform supervisor. Properly maintain and update all types of sales-related documents, documentation and records. Ensure market coverage as per the prescribed route and tour plan. Ensure adequate stock and visibility of products by coordinating with dealers and retailers. Assist the sales team in implementing new products or promotional activities. Follow company policies and instructions properly in sales activities. To perform other duties assigned by the supervisor with honesty and efficiency. IT skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Behavioral skills: Ability to work cooperatively and in a team, polite, professional and positive demeanor. Personal qualities: Sound understanding of sales and marketing, ability to understand customer psychology, hardworking attitude and tendency to work at the field level regularly.
