Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with third-party ERP vendors to ensure proper ERP requirement
analysis, customization, development, and implementation.
Have strong functional knowledge of major ERP modules including HRM, Payroll,
PMS, Finance & Accounts, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, Asset
Management, and Supply Chain.
Possess strong practical and conceptual knowledge of HRM & Payroll, including
end-to-end HR processes.
Analyze business requirements and perform Gap Analysis, Workflow Analysis,
UAT, Testing, and Documentation.
Review vendor development and identify functional gaps, errors, and improvement
areas.
Ensure proper integration and end-to-end process flow between different ERP
modules.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, MIS, KPI reports, and management
reports.
Have strong knowledge of SQL/MySQL for data validation, reporting, and analysis.
Have basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP to understand development,
troubleshooting, and communicate effectively with technical teams.
Act as a functional bridge between Management, Business Users, ERP Vendor,
Developers, and Technical Teams.

HRM & Payroll – Excellent.
PMS – Strong.
Power BI – Advanced.
SQL/MySQL – Strong.
PHP – Basic/Intermediate.
Strong Business Analysis & Vendor Management skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Advantage:
HRM/HRMS, Payroll, or HR Software Development certification will be an added
advantage.
Hands-on experience in HRM/HRMS implementation or development will be
highly preferred.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should be capable of deeply understanding business requirements
and ensuring that the third-party ERP vendor delivers the right solution, rather than
simply operating an ERP system.
