Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and update QMS documents, manuals and records.
Monitor ISO, MLC and DG Shipping compliance requirements.
Prepare and conduct internal audits.
Check crew joining documents and certificate validity.
Coordinate QMS meetings, training and seminars.
Follow up on audit findings and non-conformities.
Prepare reports for the Management Representative (MR).
Coordinate with departments, auditors and relevant authorities as assigned.
Maintain crew files, training records and compliance registers.
Prepare audit reports and corrective action reports.
