🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate quality leads and increase sales.

• Lead, supervise and motivate the marketing team to achieve monthly targets.

• Manage lead generation, follow-ups, client communication and conversion tracking.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Design and Project Execution teams.

• Monitor marketing performance, advertising budgets, CPL and ROI.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

• Build brand awareness and develop new business opportunities.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Interior marketing or sales.

• Experience in team leadership and target-based marketing.

• Strong communication, leadership, planning and reporting skills.

• Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate or Construction will be an advantage.

• Must be proactive, creative, responsible and results-oriented.
