- Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Honest, disciplined, proactive and accountable.

- Self-motivated and committed to achieving sales targets.

- Capable of generating leads independently.

- Skilled in customer follow-up and relationship management.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business and digital communication.

- Willingness to work in the field and attend project site visits.

- A stable career mindset and willingness to grow with the company.

The ideal candidate should have strong client communication skills, a positive attitude, excellent follow-up discipline and the ability to convert prospective customers into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new sales leads through personal networking, telephone calls, referrals and digital channels.

- Contact prospective customers and maintain regular follow-ups.

- Explain project details, land share/Flat booking procedures, payment plans and relevant documentation accurately.

- Arrange client meetings and project site visits.

- Convert qualified leads into bookings and achieve agreed monthly sales targets.

- Maintain daily call records, customer databases, follow-up schedules and sales reports.

- Build long-term relationships with customers and referral partners.

- Work closely with management to improve sales performance.
