Job Context
Fish Vally is looking for energetic, responsible, and customer-focused individuals to join our online sales team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, receiving orders, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across our online sales channels.
This position requires individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handle a high volume of customer messages, and convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders.
Job Responsibilities
Receive and process customer orders through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, phone calls, and the company website.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product prices, availability, size, weight, delivery charges, and payment methods.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to increase sales conversion.
Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Maintain accurate customer information and order details in the company's designated system.
Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
Handle customer complaints, order-related issues, and product inquiries professionally.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a professional and friendly communication style across all customer interaction channels.
Work in rotational day and night shifts according to the company's schedule.
Perform other sales and customer service-related duties assigned by the management.
Important Job Conditions
Candidates must be willing to work in both day and night shifts on a rotational basis.
This is a fully office-based position at Fish Vally's Banasree office, Dhaka.
Candidates must be comfortable handling a high volume of customer inquiries and working toward sales targets.
Previous experience in online sales, e-commerce, customer service, or call center operations will be preferred.
