Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and yearly business targets.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the Sales & Marketing team to maximize performance.
Set sales targets, monitor daily performance, and ensure target achievement.
Generate new business opportunities through corporate sales, partnerships, and customer acquisition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and key customers.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase sales and brand awareness.
Coordinate with the E-commerce, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing performance reports.
Recruit, train, and evaluate Sales Executives to improve team productivity.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve major customer issues when required.
Monitor marketing activities and evaluate campaign performance to maximize ROI.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
