• Implement and monitor garment traceability systems in accordance with buyer requirements and applicable compliance standards.

• Ensure end-to-end traceability of raw materials, fabrics, accessories, production processes, and finished products.

• Maintain and verify traceability records, supporting documents, registers, and reports.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Store, Commercial, Production, Quality, and Compliance teams to collect and verify traceability data.

• Ensure proper documentation of material origin, supplier information, purchase records, batch details, and product movement.

• Support buyer audits, compliance assessments, and traceability-related inspections.

• Identify documentation gaps, ensure corrective actions, and maintain records for audit readiness.

• Prepare traceability reports and update management on compliance status.

• Assist in implementing and maintaining buyer-specific traceability systems and sustainability-related requirements.
