Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and monitor daily/weekly/monthly sewing production.
Achieve production targets and shipment deadlines.
Monitor line efficiency, productivity, manpower & machine utilization.
Ensure proper line balancing and manpower allocation.
Coordinate with IE, Quality, Cutting, Finishing, Maintenance, Planning & HR/Admin.
Monitor quality and reduce DHU, alteration, rejection, rework & downtime.
Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
