Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Create professional graphics for Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.
Design marketing creatives for real estate, land sales and Interior projects.
Create promotional banners, brochures, flyers, company profiles and presentations.
Design digital advertisements, lead generation creatives and campaign materials.
Develop creative concepts for property marketing and brand communication.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Work closely with the Marketing and Sales Team to deliver creative projects on time.
Edit images and prepare print-ready and digital-ready design files.
Educational Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia or a related field is preferred.
Candidates with strong practical skills and a creative portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Graphic Design is preferred.
Experience in real estate, construction or digital marketing will be an advantage.
Freshers with excellent design skills and a strong portfolio may also apply.

Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Premier Pro
Canva and other relevant design tools
Social Media Creative Design
Typography, Color Composition and Layout Design
Basic knowledge of digital advertising creatives
Attention to detail, creativity and time management
