Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology

• Age 30 to 45 years

• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing IT and digital functions, preferably in manufacturing, agribusiness, FMCG or a multinational group.

• Hands-on exposure to SAP (ECC and S/4HANA) in a business-owner or program-lead role; experience with SAP vendor management. 

• Proven experience with enterprise networks (SD-WAN, firewalls, data center, DR), cybersecurity and IT audits.  

• Experience delivering digital and automation projects (mobile apps, CRM, BI/dashboards, workflow automation) with external vendors. Preferred certifications: Windows , PMP/PRINCE2, ITIL, CISA/CISM/CISSP or Certified Ethical Hacker, Power BI (PL-300), cloud (AWS/Azure) – any of these.

IT Infrastructure, Operations, Security & Governance

• Develop and execute the overall IT infrastructure strategy, governance framework, policies, standards, and roadmap aligned with business and Group objectives.

• Ensure the availability, performance, security, and reliability of all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, data centers, cloud services, end-user devices, communication systems, CCTV, attendance systems, and access control solutions. Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives such as SD-WAN, ISP redundancy, network automation, centralized monitoring, cloud adoption, and business continuity improvements.

• Manage backup, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, vulnerability management, penetration testing, audit compliance, access management, and IT risk mitigation activities.

• Oversee IT operations, service delivery, incident management, user support, IT asset lifecycle management, software licensing, and ticketing systems.

• Manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, procurement activities, SLAs, annual budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), cost optimization initiatives, and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Provide leadership, training, performance management, succession planning, and capability development for the IT team while ensuring proper documentation, SOPs, ownership, and governance reviews.

Digital Transformation, SAP & Business Applications

• Lead the organization's digital transformation agenda by identifying, prioritizing, and delivering technology initiatives that improve business efficiency, productivity, control, and decision-making.

• Act as the primary coordinator between business functions, Group IT & Digital teams, implementation partners, and vendors for all digital and application-related initiatives.

• Own SAP operations, enhancements, user support, authorization governance, integrations, reporting, and continuous process improvement activities.

• Lead ERP transformation projects, including SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration, covering business process design, testing, change management, cutover planning, go-live, and stabilization.

• Manage all business applications, digital platforms, automation solutions, dashboards, analytics, reporting systems, and enterprise-wide digital products supporting Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, HR, Quality, VAT & Tax, MIS, and other business functions.

• Drive end-to-end delivery of digital solutions including requirement gathering, business process mapping, BRD preparation, vendor selection, development tracking, UAT, deployment, adoption, and benefit realization.

• Lead automation initiatives such as banking integrations, SAP interfaces, workflow automation, bots, customer and dealer portals, mobile applications, reporting platforms, AI-enabled solutions, IoT initiatives, and data-driven business intelligence programs.

• Promote digital adoption across the organization through user training, change management, innovation programs, and continuous engagement with stakeholders to maximize business value from technology investments.
