• 20+ years of experience in Garments Manufacturing, with at least 05 years in a leadership role. Experience working with UNIQLO is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of garment manufacturing and quality management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in computer operations and email correspondence.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, effective people management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead team, strong analytical capability, self-driven and team building efficiency.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Fluent and good communication skill in English

• Drive operational excellence in garments by ensuring high-quality production and on-time delivery.
• Execute business strategies using the OKI goal-setting methodology and provide strategic feedback to management of Headquarters.
• Ensure effective communication, policy compliance, and leadership development to build a sustainable factory management structure.
• Develop production plans, efficiency targets, and capacity plans based on product mix, order volume, and resource availability.
• Optimize manpower, machine, and line planning to meet seasonal production requirements with management approval.
• Monitor production performance, SOP implementation, and pre-production activities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and maintain smooth workflow across departments.
• Lead quality management by strengthening collaboration between Production, QA, and Sales to meet buyer requirements.
• Analyze quality performance, identify root causes of defects, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure factory compliance with buyer standards by supporting audits and addressing internal audit findings proactively.
• Maintain accurate operational reports, audit records, and performance data for effective decision-making by senior management.
• Promote continuous improvement, automation, and best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and overall factory performance.
• Drive continuous improvement, technical standardization, and strategic input to enhance efficiency and productivity.
