- Age At least 25 years
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong practical experience in factory electrical systems such as Transformer, HT/LT Panel, Generator, Cable 3.DB/MDB, Power Distribution, and general electrical maintenance.
- Experience managing or guiding engineering/maintenance teams.
- Ability to identify field problems and propose practical solutions.
- Basic understanding of electrical safety, preventive maintenance, and facility risk control.
- Ability to communicate with senior management and factory management clearly.
- Experience managing technical functions across multiple factories or large industrial facilities.
- Experience with Substation, Protection Relay, Busbar, Generator Synchronization, or high-voltage power systems.
- Experience in garment, textile, footwear, industrial park, or large manufacturing group.
- Experience reviewing BOQ, vendor proposals, technical specifications, and project cost.
- Knowledge of utility systems such as compressor, boiler, HVAC, pump system, fire pump, water supply, ETP/STP, etc.
- Experience in energy saving, electrical safety improvement, and technical risk reduction. Strong technical background in electrical systems design, implementation, and testing.
- Fluent and good communication skill in English.

Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and supervise factory electrical and utility systems across Bangladesh factories.
Review major technical issues related to electrical infrastructure, utility equipment, facility maintenance, and safety risks.
Support factories in solving recurring problems such as power failure, tripping, overloading, cable/panel issues, generator operation, and utility breakdown.
Review technical scope, BOQ, specifications, vendor proposals, and cost basis for major maintenance, replacement, and improvement works.
Identify aging facilities and recommend preventive maintenance or replacement plans.
Guide and coordinate factory engineering teams and improve technical reporting, inspection, and maintenance standards.
Support Bangladesh Management with practical technical comments for decision-making.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of the indoor substation, diesel generators, and on-grid rooftop solar system.
