Required Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of EV 3-Wheeler Chassis, Suspension and Brake Systems.
Proficiency in SolidWorks/AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Jig & Fixture Design and Welding Technology.
Knowledge of MS fabrication processes.
Working knowledge of Power Press, Hydraulic Press, Pipe Bending and CNC/CNC Plasma Machines.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication and reporting skills.
Good command of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience
6–8 years for B.Sc. Engineering candidates.
8–12 years for Diploma + B.Sc. Engineering candidates.
Experience in Automobile / 3-Wheeler / E-Rickshaw / Motorcycle / EV Manufacturing is mandatory.

About the Opportunity
Dynamic Cars PLC, a concern of Nahee Group, is looking for a dynamic, technically strong and hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join our 3-Wheeler EV Manufacturing Plant.
The selected professional will play a key role in production planning, manufacturing, EV product development, quality control, process improvement and production-line management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise 3-Wheeler EV production and manufacturing operations.
Prepare BOM, material selection and weight optimization.
Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks/AutoCAD.
Support integration of Motor, Controller, Differential, Hydraulic Brake System and Battery.
Manage cutting, bending, welding, grinding, ED and painting processes.
Ensure daily production targets, line balancing and minimum rework.
Manage Jig & Fixture requirements for assembly lines.
Conduct/coordinate vehicle load, road, speed, brake, wheel-alignment and water-penetration tests.
Ensure applicable BUET/BRTA/City Corporation compliance.
Develop local vendors for mechanical and electrical components.
Drive cost reduction and localization while maintaining quality.
Lead a large production workforce of approximately 300 employees.
Ensure factory safety, 5S, quality standards and continuous improvement.
