• Flawless content writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• SEO familiarity.Demonstrated ability to work independently or as an efficient team member.

• Excellent verbal, presentational, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience in e-commerce, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Paid Media would be a plus

• Create and edit content for websites, blogs, newsletters, Instagram, and other media platforms.

• Assist customers via email, chatbot, and messenger.

• Conduct keyword research for content optimization.

• Manage relationships with influencers for brand promotion.

• Provide insights from customer experiences to development and fulfillment teams.

• Collaborate with communications teams in the US and Hong Kong for testing, content creation, and product development.

• Stay updated on trends in content and style across various media and marketing channels.

• Collaborate with communications, product development, and administrative teams across different media channels.
