• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Marketing/ Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration, or related field.

• Age 24 to 32 years

• Experienced candidates with expertise in flush doors, solid wooden doors, door frames, and particle boards will be given preference.

• Plan and manage sales in the assigned territory, acting as the key contact for Akij Door customers

• Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and finalize agreements

• Identify customer needs through market research and feedback 

• Provide accurate quotations and cost estimates

• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns

• Monitor inventory and ensure product quality 

• Meet sales targets and drive continuous growth

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships 

• Understand client needs and offer tailored product solutions for Akij Door Unit

• Stay informed about door products and customization options

• Conduct market research to identify new customers and trends

• Maintain sales records, track customer interactions, and manage orders

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve performance
