Responsibilities & Context:
Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods, while also tracking and controlling inventory levels to ensure minimum stock.
Ensure the FIFO system is followed.
Regularly reconcile all kinds of items & submit indent and MRR.
All products physical counting by Challan.
Strictly maintain all kinds of documents and posting on ERP.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
Monitor & maintain stock levels, ensuring availability at all times.
Ensuring the efficient, safe, and organized storage of all items within the store area, maintaining a clean and well-maintained environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software is often required.
Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports (e.g., stock status, slow-moving items, inventory accuracy).
