B.Pharm / M.Pharm from a recognized university is preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in pharmaceutical business development are encouraged to apply.
2–3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical APIs, raw materials, business development, sales, marketing, procurement, or international sourcing will be an advantage.
Candidates with experience communicating with pharmaceutical companies or international API manufacturers will receive preference.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Good negotiation, presentation, and convincing abilities.
Excellent follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and professional email communication.
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with senior personnel of pharmaceutical companies and overseas suppliers.
Strong commercial sense with an ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with pharmaceutical manufacturers in Bangladesh.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Procurement, R&D, QA/QC, Regulatory, Commercial, and other relevant departments of pharmaceutical companies.
Promote and develop business for APIs, pharmaceutical raw materials, and other specialty products.
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable products and sources from international API manufacturers and suppliers.
Communicate professionally with customers and overseas suppliers through email, telephone, meetings, exhibitions, and business events.
Obtain and follow up on product samples, COAs, specifications, technical documents, quotations, approvals, purchase orders, and deliveries.
Conduct regular market research to identify new products, emerging opportunities, potential customers, and reliable manufacturers.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and business opportunities.
Visit pharmaceutical companies and participate in customer meetings, pharmaceutical exhibitions, conferences, and international business events when required.
Achieve assigned business development and sales objectives and contribute to the company's overall growth.
