• Strong knowledge of sales operations, territory management, dealer management, market development, and revenue generation

• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence customers and business partners

• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify market opportunities and achieve business objectives

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems, with the ability to prepare sales reports and analyze business performance

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

• A valid motorcycle driving license will be considered an added advantage, along with the ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging business targets
