We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Sales Manager to build and lead our sales function from the ground up. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the sales strategy, recruiting and managing the sales team, establishing the sales process and CRM, building a predictable pipeline, and delivering revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, building high-performing teams, coaching salespeople, and creating repeatable sales processes. They should be equally comfortable developing strategy and personally getting involved in sales when required.

Must-have:

• 5+ years of sales experience

• 2+ years managing salespeople

• Demonstrable record of achieving sales targets

• Experience recruiting and developing sales teams

• Strong understanding of pipeline management and forecasting

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• CRM experience

• Highly accountable and data-driven

• Willingness to be hands-on in an early-stage sales organization

Nice-to-have:

• Experience selling a similar product/service

• Experience building a sales department from zero

• Existing understanding of your target market

• Experience with both outbound and inbound sales
