Experience:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee our day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and supporting management with financial insights.
Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounting documentation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, expenses, and financial transactions.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
Manage invoicing, collections, payments, and vendor accounts.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax, VAT, and other statutory reports.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and other external stakeholders.
Establish and maintain proper financial controls and accounting procedures.
Monitor compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards and regulations.
Assist senior management with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business planning.
Identify accounting discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improving financial processes.
Supervise and support the accounts/finance team to ensure efficient performance.
Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
Experience with accounting software/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of applicable tax, VAT, and statutory requirements.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
