Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth through effective sales and business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
Generate leads through online research, networking, cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.
Connect with prospective clients to understand their needs and introduce our products/services.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations when required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Track business development activities, leads, and sales performance.
Meet individual and team sales/business development targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
