• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Public Health
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Public Health

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related discipline.

• MBA in Marketing or Business Administration will be considered an added advantage.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Age: 30–40 years.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong leadership and team management capability.

• Corporate sales experience is highly preferred.

• Target-oriented with a proven sales record.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Basic understanding of CRM software will be an advantage.

• Digital marketing knowledge will be considered a plus.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Willing to travel throughout Bangladesh when required.

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business development initiatives, strengthen our market presence, and achieve sustainable sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, and corporate sales skills with a passion for the healthcare industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

• Promote and sell BelleVie's Health Protection System Packages and Health Care Packages.

• Generate new business opportunities from corporate organizations, SMEs, educational institutions, NGOs, hospitals, clinics, and individual clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and business partners.

• Conduct meetings, presentations, seminars, and product demonstrations.

• Prepare business proposals, quotations, agreements, and follow-up communications.

• Negotiate and close sales agreements with prospective clients.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

• Develop marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms.

• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

• Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure excellent client service.

• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and corporate meetings.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM and regular follow-ups.
