Responsibilities & Context:

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, telemarketing, digital platforms, and referrals.

• Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients.

• Arrange appointments, property visits, and follow-up meetings.

• Generate new sales opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Assist customers throughout the sales and booking process.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily activities.

• Achieve individual sales targets set by the company.

• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.
