Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable toiletries, grocery, personal care, household, and lifestyle products based on their needs.

• Promote and sell toiletries, grocery, personal care, household, and other non-pharmaceutical products available at Lazz Pharma.

• Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and periodic sales targets.

• Provide accurate product information regarding features, usage, price, availability, and promotions.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure excellent customer service.

• Maintain proper arrangement, stocking, labeling, and attractive display of products according to company standards.

• Monitor product availability, stock levels, expiry dates, damaged products, and fast-moving items.

• Assist in receiving, checking, arranging, and replenishing newly arrived stock.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock movement, returns, damaged products, and other relevant transactions.

• Ensure products are properly stored and maintained according to their specific storage requirements.

• Assist customers with product selection and provide a friendly and professional shopping experience.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attractive presentation of the assigned sales area.

• Support promotional campaigns, product displays, discounts, and other sales activities of Lazz Pharma.

• Coordinate with the Branch Manager and other staff regarding sales, stock requirements, product availability, and customer service.

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and customer preferences when required.

• Assist in minimizing product wastage, expiry, damage, and stock discrepancies.

• Perform any other sales and operational responsibilities assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification

• SSC passed from a recognized institution.

• Candidates with relevant training or experience in retail, FMCG, grocery, toiletries, personal care, or sales will be preferred.

Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant professional experience.

• Experience in grocery sales, toiletries, FMCG, retail sales, supermarket, or customer service will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Good knowledge of grocery, toiletries, personal care, household, and FMCG products.

• Good understanding of retail sales, inventory management, product display, and customer service.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.

• Good sales and product-presentation skills.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems will be an advantage.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling products, sales, and transactions.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Responsible, proactive, honest, and well-organized.

• Willingness to work at different Lazz Pharma branches/locations as required.

Working Conditions
