1. Handle daily showroom sales and assist customers in selecting lighting, ceiling fans, and other products.

2. Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels.

3. Provide accurate product information, prices, features, and warranty details to customers.

4. Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.

5. Manage customer orders and coordinate with the relevant team for delivery.

6. Assist in product display, showroom arrangement, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

7. Support social media activities, including product posting and customer engagement.

8. Assist in basic marketing and promotional activities as assigned by management.

9. Maintain daily sales records, customer information, and order details.

10. Assist with stock checking, product arrangement, and other showroom-related tasks.

11. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

12. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
