Handle both showroom and online sales activities for lighting and fan products.
Assist customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
Generate sales and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Process online orders and coordinate with the delivery team.
Provide accurate product details, pricing, and warranty information.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Prepare daily sales reports and support overall business growth.
