Assistant Manager – Lazz Pharma

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the assigned Lazz Pharma branch.

• Support the Branch Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient branch operations according to company policies and service standards.

• Supervise, guide, and coordinate with pharmacy assistants and other branch staff to maintain discipline and operational efficiency.

• Monitor daily sales, inventory, stock movement, product availability, and cash transactions.

• Ensure proper storage, handling, arrangement, and display of medicines, healthcare products, medical equipment, and lifestyle products.

• Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales, purchases, inventory, cash transactions, and other branch activities.

• Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations, DGDA requirements, health, safety, and company policies.

• Maintain strong knowledge of drug interactions, DGDA regulations, and Model Pharmacy standards.

• Assist in monitoring staff attendance, duty schedules, performance, and discipline.

• Provide appropriate support and guidance to customers regarding products and services within the scope of the role.

• Coordinate with the Branch Manager and Head Office regarding stock requirements, sales, procurement, staffing, and operational matters.

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales, inventory, and operational reports.

• Help maintain a clean, organized, professional, and customer-friendly branch environment.

• Support promotional campaigns, sales activities, and other initiatives of Lazz Pharma.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification

• HSC/Intermediate passed from a recognized institution.

• Candidates with relevant training or experience in pharmacy, healthcare, retail, FMCG, or related industries will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.

• Experience in pharmacy, retail, healthcare, FMCG, or branch operations will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Strong knowledge of drug interactions, DGDA regulations, and Model Pharmacy standards.

• Good understanding of retail operations, sales, inventory management, and customer service.

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and customer service orientation.

• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

• Responsible, proactive, honest, and well-organized.

• Willingness to work at different Lazz Pharma branches/locations as required.
