• Master of Science (MSc) in Microbiology

• MSc in Microbiology from any reputed university.

• Age At most 35 years

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Microbiology department of a reputed pharmaceutical industry.

• Overall management of all activities of the microbiology laboratory and ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, pharmacopeial requirements and regulatory expectations.

• Perform/review microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, in-process samples and packaging materials as applicable; including microbial limit tests, sterility testing, bacterial endotoxin testing, growth promotion, media suitability and method suitability tests, biological assay of antibiotics, preservative efficacy test etc.

• Plan, execute and review environmental monitoring of cleanrooms & controlled areas and area qualification program of the whole plant.

• Perform/review microbiological analysis of Purified Water, WFI and other pharmaceutical water systems. Perform Effluent water testing as per the specification of the environment regulatory authority.

• Perform validation/verification of microbiological analytical methods.

• Perform Cleaning Validation of production areas & machinery.

• Monitor and organize the cleaning, sanitation & pest control program of the whole plant.
