Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain special prices, bonuses, discounts, sample ceilings, customer information, and related adjustments in Distribution Software as per approved business requirements.
Ensure timely processing of Credit Notes, write-off proposals, and field-force queries related to price, bonus, and distribution matters.
Review petty cash statements, depot delivery expenses, and monthly mobile bills for the Distribution Department.
Prepare various reports as when required.
Participate in depot audits and perform other distribution-related responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
