• Lead the company's overall technical strategy and establish engineering standards, procedures, and quality requirements.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance for solar, energy storage, HVAC, and related engineering activities.

• Review and approve key technical solutions, designs, and engineering proposals.

• Support major projects, business development, tendering, and client technical discussions.

• Build and develop the technical and engineering team and promote continuous improvement.

• Candidates should have strong professional knowledge and practical experience in solar PV and energy storage and/or central HVAC engineering.

• As a start-up company, employees may be required to take on multiple responsibilities and support different functions as business needs evolve. Successful candidates must be flexible and willing to accept reasonable work assignments and additional responsibilities.

• Reference annual package: approximately BDT 1.5 million, plus company profit-sharing.

• Outstanding performers may be considered for equity incentives or other long-term rewards. The company plans to allocate up to 5% of its equity annually for outstanding employee incentives over a ten-year period, subject to company policy, performance evaluation, and applicable approvals.
