Education:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BBA/MBA (Major in Supply Chain Management is preferable) from a recognized public or private University.

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in similar roles in a reputed pharmaceutical manufacturing Company is preferred.

We currently have openings for the positions of 'Sr. Assistant Manager- PPIC' at our pharmaceutical plant for RPL and its affiliate Companies. Qualified and interested candidates are invited to apply.

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute material planning for raw and packaging materials based on production plans, sales forecasts, lead time, and inventory requirements.

  • Monitor material availability and procurement schedules to ensure uninterrupted production.

  • Raise and follow up on purchase requisitions and perform relevant SAP activities related to material planning and production orders.

  • Monitor packaging material replacement, rejection, observation, and related corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.

  • Prepare and maintain planning-related documents, including Change Control, Risk Assessment, and relevant quality documentation.

  • Liaise with local suppliers and Commercial teams to ensure timely procurement and availability of required materials.

  • Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, R&D, Warehouse, Commercial, SMD, and other relevant departments to align manufacturing and packing schedules with material delivery timelines, monitor production plans, and maintain optimum inventory levels.

  • Supervise PPIC team activities and support departmental administrative, SHE, overtime, holiday scheduling, and other responsibilities assigned by management.

Job Location: Manufacturing Plant at Tongi.
