Context:
One Pharma Ltd. embarked on its pioneering journey in November 2015 with a focus on incorporating cutting-edge manufacturing technology and producing globally acclaimed pharmaceutical products for the patients of Bangladesh and beyond. One Pharma Limited is looking for an experienced, reliable, honest & dedicated candidate for the position of Sr. Executive, Warehouse Department for its factory (BSCIC, Bogura).
Job Responsibilities:
1. Core Warehouse Operations & Finished Goods Distribution
Material Management: Plan and execute the seamless receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods in strict compliance with approved SOPs.
Finished Goods Distribution: Ensure proper receipt and delivery of the Finished Goods to different depot according Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Inventory Flow: Enforce strict adherence to FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles across all material handling.
Inter-departmental Coordination: Collaborate continuously with the Commercial and Procurement departments to ensure timely material availability for uninterrupted production.
2. Quality, GMP & Compliance
GMP Compliance: Maintain the warehouse premises in a constant state of cGMP/GWP compliance, ensuring rigorous cleanliness, hygiene, and effective pest control.
QA Collaboration: Coordinate efficiently with the Quality Assurance (QA) team for line clearances, material sampling, and the timely release of materials.
Environmental Controls: Monitor and meticulously record the temperature and humidity of all designated storage areas to ensure they remain strictly within approved limits.
Material Segregation: Prevent the use of expired, quarantined, or damaged materials, ensuring their proper segregation and safe disposal as per regulatory guidelines.
Audit & CAPA: Assist in internal and external regulatory audits (e.g., QA, ISO, WHO-GMP) and ensure the timely implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
3. Inventory Control & Documentation
System & Record Management: Supervise and maintain highly accurate documentation of all warehouse activities, including GRNs, Issue Vouchers, Bin Cards, Stock Registers, and ERP system entries.
Stock Reconciliation: Conduct periodic physical inventory counts, reconcile them with ERP/system records, and thoroughly investigate any discrepancies.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the scheduled calibration, routine maintenance, and proper handling of weighing balances and other essential warehouse equipment.
Reporting: Generate and submit comprehensive periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually) to senior management regarding warehouse performance and inventory status.
4. Leadership & EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
Team Supervision & Training: Supervise, train, and guide subordinate staff and workers on SOP adherence, GMP practices, and operational efficiency.
Safety Protocols: Ensure strict compliance with EHS guidelines on the warehouse floor, rigorously enforcing the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe material handling practices.
