• Ability to do relationship marketing.

• Ability to communicate with Top Management Personnel of customer.

• Ability to sell Pharma Raw and Packaging materials of foreign Principal/Supplier.

• Ability to travel around Dhaka on daily basis.

• Visit selected customers (Supply Chain/Commercial/Purchase Dept.) for promotion of product (Pharmaceutical Raw Materials) and services. And, generate/collect enquiry from concern person (s) and also understand customer actual needs.

• Visit factory of selected customers for getting sample and documents approved by QC, QA, and PD Departments.

• Study the quotation/offer and make necessary amendment to comply the needs/ requirement of customer.

• Follow up quotation with all concern person (s) in the buying process of customers and make presentation on technical (Quality parameter), commercial issues and scope of supply.

• Build up rapport with all concern person (s) in buying process for relationship marketing and build up trust on you as Excelsior Representative.

• Make technical and commercial negotiation with concern person (s) of customer on your quotation/offer and secure order.

• Follow up Indent/PI for opening LC by customer.

• Achieve Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales target.
