• Age 25 to 40 years

1) Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability. (Original was grammatically correct; kept for consistency).
2) Conduct daily monitoring and inspections of the HVAC system to ensure smooth operation, and maintain a daily logbook.
3) Provide electro-mechanical support to vendors during HVAC system maintenance activities, as required.
4) Prepare and review SOPs, yearly preventive maintenance plans, and qualification/re-qualification protocols and reports for the HVAC system.
5) Monitor daily BMS system operations for the respective areas to ensure compliance with environmental conditions.

6) Required Skills: HVAC System Operation and Maintenance (Chillers, AHUs, VRF systems, Dehumidifiers), Electronic Device Servicing, Problem Diagnosis, Troubleshooting, and HVAC System Qualification.
