Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop comprehensive training plans, schedules, and methodologies for field forces.

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training programmes for both new and existing field personnel.

• Update and refine training manuals and materials in alignment with current training needs and organizational standards.

• Evaluate trainee performance and provide structured feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure seamless logistical arrangements for training activities.

• Assist HRD in executing field force recruitment initiatives and maintain complete and accurate training documentation.
