Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience and possess a strong blend of analytical capabilities, business acumen, and CRM expertise. The role requires a thorough understanding of sales operations, preferably within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Telecom, or other highly sales-driven industries.
Technical skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
Exposure to SFE/CRM, Business Intelligence, Reporting Automation.
Exposure to Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL. Exposure to Python, Predictive analytics, AI enabled tools will be preferred.
Understanding of database concepts and data management.
Experience in sales reporting and dashboard development.
The Sales Force Excellence (SFE) Manager is responsible for improving sales force effectiveness, driving data-driven decision-making, and optimizing sales processes, systems, and performance management. The role partners closely with Sales, Marketing and Business Analytics teams to enhance field force productivity, support strategic planning, and ensure efficient utilization of sales resources.
Analyze sales, market, customer, CRM, and operational data for Bangladesh Market to identify business opportunities and performance improvement areas.
Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Develop and maintain sales dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and performance reports.
Monitor territory performance, sales productivity, and target achievement.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Develop country, regional, and portfolio-level performance analyses to drive business growth.
Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, market trends, customer engagement, and sales force productivity.
Support annual planning, business reviews, forecasting, and performance tracking processes.
Support and drive SFE initiatives including customer segmentation, targeting, territory alignment, field force deployment, and resource optimization.
Design and implement initiatives to improve field force productivity.
Measure effectiveness of sales programs, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Manage CRM and sales automation tools to ensure data accuracy and user adoption.
Coordinate system enhancements and reporting requirements with IT teams.
Support sales incentive scheme design and administration.
Monitor incentive performance and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Develop performance measurement frameworks aligned with business objectives.
