Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and experienced Pharmacy In-Charge to supervise the daily operations of our pharmacy. The candidate will be responsible for managing pharmacy staff, monitoring medicine inventory, ensuring proper product handling, maintaining operational standards, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily pharmacy operations.
Manage and monitor pharmacy staff.
Monitor medicine & healthcare product inventory.
Ensure proper stock rotation and expiry management.
Coordinate stock replenishment and maintain availability.
Monitor daily sales and operational activities.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain proper records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and pharmacy standards.
Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged or expired products.
Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-friendly pharmacy.
