Responsibilities & Context:
Drive business development activities for pharmaceutical raw materials, excipients, APIs, nutraceutical ingredients, and allied products by identifying new opportunities and generating sustainable business growth.
Provide technical and formulation development support to pharmaceutical manufacturing companies, R&D teams, and product management departments.
Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, formulation reviews, and troubleshooting activities to address formulation and process-related challenges.
Collaborate with principals and suppliers to introduce innovative ingredients, technologies, and solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Develop and deliver technical presentations, seminars, workshops, and product training programs for customers and internal teams.
Support customers from product concept through commercialization, ensuring successful product development and market launch.
Maintain strong relationships with key pharmaceutical accounts and provide strategic technical support to expand business opportunities.
Coordinate product evaluations, laboratory trials, pilot batches, and scale-up activities with customers and principal partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging pharmaceutical technologies to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales, project conversion, and business growth targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date CRM reports, highlighting potential opportunities and pipeline developments.
