Responsibilities & Context:
Dispense medicines accurately according to prescriptions and ensure proper medication handling practices.
Counsel customers on proper medication usage, dosage, side effects, precautions, and possible drug interactions.
Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries and recommend suitable healthcare and wellness products when appropriate.
Verify prescriptions and maintain accurate records in compliance with DGDA and pharmacy regulations.
Conduct regular stock monitoring and audits to reduce expiry, damage, and stock shortages.
Promote pharmacy healthcare services such as wellness campaigns, health screenings, and awareness activities.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, operational SOPs, and company policies at all times.
