• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of coal-fired boilers and related auxiliary equipment.

• Diagnose mechanical and operational faults affecting boiler performance, reliability, and efficiency.

• Support scheduled shutdown maintenance, emergency repairs, and commissioning activities.

• Prepare maintenance records and technical reports and recommend reliability improvements.

• Ensure all work complies with applicable technical, environmental, and safety requirements.

• Candidates with practical experience in coal-fired boiler installation, operation, or maintenance are preferred.

• As a start-up company, employees may be required to take on multiple responsibilities and support different functions as business needs evolve. Successful candidates must be flexible and willing to accept reasonable work assignments and additional responsibilities.

• Reference monthly salary: approximately BDT 70,000, plus performance-based bonuses.

• Outstanding performers may be considered for equity incentives or other long-term rewards. The company plans to allocate up to 5% of its equity annually for outstanding employee incentives over a ten-year period, subject to company policy, performance evaluation, and applicable approvals.
