Responsibilities & Context:
Kumudini Pharma Ltd. is looking for competent, energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented professionals for the position of Depot In-Charge (DIC). The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the assigned depot, including inventory management, product distribution, documentation, coordination and overall depot administration.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the assigned depot.
Ensure proper receipt, storage, handling and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
Maintain adequate stock availability to meet distribution and market requirements.
Maintain accurate records of stock receipt, issue, transfer, return and closing balances.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Monitor stock movement and identify shortages, excess stock, damaged, expired, near-expiry and slow-moving products.
Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with applicable company procedures.
Ensure timely dispatch and distribution of products as per approved orders and distribution plans.
Coordinate with Sales, Distribution, Accounts, Supply Chain and other concerned departments.
Supervise and guide depot employees and ensure proper allocation of duties.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly operational and stock reports.
Ensure proper handling of product returns, damaged and expired products as per company policy.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, discipline and security within the depot premises.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and applicable regulatory requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
