Job Description/Responsibilities
Lead the Supply Chain Management Department by setting strategic objectives aligned with organizational goals, and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations both local and international ensuring efficiency, cost control, and full regulatory compliance.
Ensure the timely procurement and management of raw materials, packaging materials, machinery, office furniture, stationery, and other related items from both local and international sources.
Coordinate and execute all necessary import-related activities, including L/C opening, shipment tracking, and customs/banking/drug authority clearance procedures.
Collaborate closely with relevant departments to ensure accurate forecasting, material planning, delivery scheduling, and optimal inventory levels, while implementing effective inventory management systems in accordance with company policies and GMP standards.
Identify and drive continuous process improvements across production planning, inventory management and logistics functions to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Prepare and present comprehensive analytical reports on production shortages, supply chain risks, and sales impacts to the senior management in coordination with related department’s head.
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment resources effectively for seamless supply of RM, PM etc. to meet production requirements and organizational objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop SCM team members to foster professional growth, enhance performance, and ensure departmental excellence.
