• Only Male

• Strong product knowledge combined with sound understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Ability to effectively control and manage the market, with regular field attachment and hands-on involvement.
• Good analytical capability with strong reporting and data interpretation skills.
• Willingness to frequently visit factories and field locations as required.
• Proficient in computer applications and digital tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Taking care of assigned product portfolio

Prepare annual brand plans (focus product), promotional calendars, and launch plans

Monitor brand performance, prescriber & Rx trends

Support new product launches (NPL)

Promotional Material Development of assigned product

Market analysis (IMS/secondary data, field feedback, prescription report insights)

Collect and analyze field feedback from MRs and AMs to refine strategies

Analyze competitor brands, pricing, promotion intensity, and positioning

Work closely with sales team and field managers for effective brand implementation

Plan and coordinate doctor meetings, CMEs, RTDs, webinars, PC conference and special promotional programs

Conduct monthly meeting & product training for sales team

Liaise with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Production, and Sales

Ensure availability of products and promotional tools in line with campaign timeline

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual brand performance reports
