Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any other relevant discipline.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in Store, Inventory, Warehouse or Materials Management in a reputed pharmaceutical company.
Sound knowledge of inventory and store management procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
Experience in ERP or computerized inventory management systems will be an added advantage.
Strong organizational, numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Honest, responsible and capable of working under pressure.
Willingness to be posted anywhere in Bangladesh.
Kumudini Pharma Ltd. is looking for experienced, responsible and detail-oriented professionals for the position of Store In-Charge. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring efficient store operations, proper inventory management, material control and accurate record keeping.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage, preservation and issuance of materials.
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records through manual and/or computerized systems.
Ensure proper arrangement, identification and preservation of materials in the store.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of required materials.
Prepare and maintain Goods Received Notes (GRN), Material Requisition Forms, Issue Vouchers and other relevant documents.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with stock records.
Monitor damaged, slow-moving, obsolete and excess stock and report to the concerned authority.
Ensure proper storage conditions and safety of materials.
Maintain cleanliness, discipline and security within the store premises.
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality Control, Accounts and other concerned departments.
Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports.
Identify stock discrepancies and take necessary corrective actions in consultation with the concerned authority.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
