Education:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in Store, Inventory, Warehouse or Materials Management in a reputed pharmaceutical company.

  • Sound knowledge of inventory and store management procedures.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.

  • Experience in ERP or computerized inventory management systems will be an added advantage.

  • Strong organizational, numerical and analytical skills.

  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Honest, responsible and capable of working under pressure.

  • Willingness to be posted anywhere in Bangladesh.



Responsibilities & Context:

Kumudini Pharma Ltd. is looking for experienced, responsible and detail-oriented professionals for the position of Store In-Charge. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring efficient store operations, proper inventory management, material control and accurate record keeping.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage, preservation and issuance of materials.

  • Maintain accurate stock and inventory records through manual and/or computerized systems.

  • Ensure proper arrangement, identification and preservation of materials in the store.

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of required materials.

  • Prepare and maintain Goods Received Notes (GRN), Material Requisition Forms, Issue Vouchers and other relevant documents.

  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with stock records.

  • Monitor damaged, slow-moving, obsolete and excess stock and report to the concerned authority.

  • Ensure proper storage conditions and safety of materials.

  • Maintain cleanliness, discipline and security within the store premises.

  • Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality Control, Accounts and other concerned departments.

  • Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports.

  • Identify stock discrepancies and take necessary corrective actions in consultation with the concerned authority.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
