Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and oversee the overall Maintenance & Engineering function to ensure safe, reliable and uninterrupted operation of production equipment and critical utility systems.
Develop and implement preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs for production machinery, utilities and engineering systems to minimise breakdowns and production downtime.
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of critical pharmaceutical utilities, including HVAC, PW/WFI, pure steam, compressed air, chiller, boiler, generator, electrical systems and other utility systems.
Lead breakdown investigation, root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to improve equipment reliability and prevent recurrence.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with cGMP, company SOPs, safety requirements and applicable regulatory standards, and provide technical support during audits and inspections.
